This voucher is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Voucher is awarded in addition to our usual service for which our standard selling fees apply. A copy of our full terms of business will be provided prior to instruction.

You must instruct us to sell your property on a sole selling rights contract between 1st April and 31st May 2022 inclusive, to be entered into this competition. The property must remain on the market with us for more than 14 days.

If your property is on the market with another agent, please consult the terms of your contract before engaging our services. Prize draw is open to UK residents only.

The winner will receive a £250 voucher from Wymondham Garden Centre and will be contacted on 15th June 2022 by Hammond & Stratford by email. Entrants must be 18 or over. This competition is not affiliated with Wymondham Garden Centre as the prize was purchased by Hammond & Stratford.
